What I offer…
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to talk openly, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and build tools that actually help in day-to-day life. Sessions are collaborative and practical, with a focus on managing stress, emotions, relationships, and life transitions. Therapy can be helpful whether you’re working through a specific concern or simply feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
Session Length & Cost
60-minute session:
$175 (insurance)
$135 (private pay)
Insurance sessions are billed through your insurance plan and involve additional administrative and documentation requirements. Private pay reflects the reduced administrative costs associated with insurance billing. The quality and care provided in session remain the same.
Insurance & Payment Options
I am currently accepting insurance as well as private pay clients. Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan.
For clients choosing private pay, sessions are billed through my billing service after the appointment rather than collected at the time of session. Limited sliding scale spots may be available based on financial need and current availability.
Couples Counseling
I offer couples counseling using Gottman Method–informed approaches and am continuing to build advanced training in this area. This means our work will focus on communication, understanding patterns, and strengthening connection using evidence-based tools, while also allowing space to move at a thoughtful, supportive pace.
This service may be a good fit for couples who are motivated to grow together and open to learning skills, especially those looking for a collaborative and grounded approach.
Session Length & Cost
60-minute session:
$135 (private pay)
At this time, I offer couples counseling as a private pay service only. Insurance coverage for couples work can be tricky and is not always guaranteed, even when a plan appears to cover therapy services. To avoid unexpected denials, billing issues, or needing to frame the work around one partner’s diagnosis, couples sessions are not billed through insurance. This helps keep the focus on communication, connection, and the relationship goals you are coming in to work on.
