Therapy isn’t just for rock-bottom moments.

Sometimes it’s just for people who are tired of carrying everything alone.

Transforming mental healthcare

I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults in a supportive, down-to-earth setting. My work focuses on helping clients better understand what they’re dealing with, develop practical coping skills, and navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions at a pace that feels manageable. Sessions are available in-person and online.

A modern approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working with adolescents and adults. My background includes specialized training in complex trauma and DBT through Evergreen, along with experience supporting anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions.

I also offer couples counseling using principles from the Gottman Method and am continuing to build advanced training in this area. In addition, I work with individuals who may not have a specific diagnosis but are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what they need — therapy doesn’t require a crisis to be helpful.
