You’ve been doing the best you can. Now you don’t have to do it alone.

In-person counseling in Sheboygan Falls and teletherapy throughout Wisconsin for anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, and life transitions.

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Maybe anxiety is constantly running in your background, your emotions feel harder to manage than they should, or you’re stuck in patterns you know are not helping but are not sure how to change.

At Next Page Counseling, I provide individual therapy for teens and adults, as well as couples counseling, at my office in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin with telehealth therapy options available throughout the state. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulty managing emotions, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can start wherever you are.

Therapy That Feels Real, Supportive, and Useful

Therapy here isn’t about “fixing” you or telling you how to live your life. It’s about understanding what’s going on, figuring out what isn’t working anymore, and building tools that can actually help outside of the therapy room.

My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and practical. I use person-centered, trauma-informed, and DBT-informed therapy to help you better understand yourself, manage difficult emotions, communicate more effectively, and feel more confident handling what life throws at you.

Sometimes that means learning specific coping skills. Sometimes it means unpacking experiences that are still affecting you. And sometimes you just need somewhere you can talk honestly without feeling judged.
